2011 Annual General Meeting

Class40 AGM took place Saturday February 11th in the beautiful Epau Abbaye in Le Mans.

Members came from various places in Europe: Germany, England, Spain, Austria... as well as the U.S.

President's annual report and Treasurer's financial annual report were approved unanimously.

The agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting was planning a vote on changes to class rules. The debate gave everyone the opportunity to express their opinion. The members present decided to finally vote for a postponement of the vote. The Technical Committee has taken good note of comments made at the EGM and will propose new rules to be voted before the start of the Solidaire du Chocolat, March 11th. The terms of that vote are still being defined.

The day ended with the election of directors.

Christian Chardonnal, Michael Hennessy and Sam Manuard were re-elected so as François Angoulvant, the other directors have also renewed their confidence as President of the association.
Oliver Krauss leaves the Board after two years at the Technical Committee.
Two newcomers, Jorg Riechers and Eric Defert, who will both be part of the Race & Events Committee.

"Rendez-vous" is given to all throughout the year on the various calendar's events.
