The Crosscall Class40, skippered by the duo Aurélien Ducroz and Jonathan Chodkiewiez, won the 2025 edition of the Porquerolles' Race with flying colors, taking the overall prize after four days of intense, hard-fought racing.
The tandem's consistency and mastery made all the difference throughout the competition. Right from the first day's big race, the duo distinguished themselves by taking a solid second place, before confirming their level with another podium finish on Day 2 and another second place in the coastal regatta. But it was during the races on days 3 and 4 that the Class40 Crosscall really came into its own, winning these two decisive legs in quick succession.
“We're very happy with this victory. The Porquerolles' Race is a magnificent event. Winning the overall classification is a great satisfaction at the start of the season, and we were able to measure ourselves against Mickael Mergui's Class40 Centrakor for several days,” declared Aurélien Ducroz at the finish.
This final victory rewards the cohesion and experience of the Ducroz-Chodkiewiez duo, as well as the reliability and performance of their Class40, perfectly prepared for this Mediterranean event.
