Among the growing fleet of existing Class40, 14 are based in North America.
At the end of 2013, Joe Harris and Michael Hennessy have created the North American Class40 Owners Association.
They offer a calendar of races in the Caribbean and on the East coast of the country, races on which the boats can meet and compete.
