The Class40 association and Great Circle associate themselves this year to provide to class members a subscription to SQUID program at reduced rates.
Squid is an innovative GRIB management software enabling multiple requests and viewings from different models and origins.
The winner of the 2015 Class40 championship will win a one year subscription to Squid. The second will have a subscription to -50 %.
About Great Circle :
Initiated by passionate and experienced off-shore sailors the company distributes weather data necessary to the rigorous sailors. The data include:
- The global GRIB produced by the national institutes;
- The detailed GRIB products by Great Circle
- The observations (satellite images colorized and weather stations),
